Nasi Lemak

First time that I cook Nasi lemak
which is a Malaysian traditional dish (i guess)
I ate this one first time in Singapore 2 years ago
and yesterday Andy made me wanna eat this so bad

Cooked these for dinner,
pork croquette & spicy beef salad

ingredients : ground pork/garlic/black pepper/salt/soy sauce

yummmm…

and spicy beef salad

ingredients: sliced steak/grilled eggplant/chillies/lime/fish sauce/boiled eggs

eat with steamed rice together ….hmmmm so good

Lunch at Centara again

Went to the hospital for vaccine and monthly check for Mimi,
stayed there until noon…..and we were starving!!!
so we went straight from the hospital to Centara for lunch

apparently no Alaska crab, rock lobsters and foie gras for lunch
but that’s ok…becuz i need to dj again around the end of the month hehe

Went to dj at The Globe bar ( Centara Grand hotel at Central World )
got the complimentary dinner for the dj hehe

melon & parma ham/smoke salmon/spicy salami
had 2 plates

seafood…
Alaska king crab/rock lobsters/fresh oysters etc.
had for 4 plates….haha
