Nasi Lemak

First time that I cook Nasi lemak

which is a Malaysian traditional dish (i guess)

I ate this one first time in Singapore 2 years ago

and yesterday Andy made me wanna eat this so bad

so I asked him about the recipe……you know what did he say?

” google it ” !!!!

haha…..so yeah I actually search the recipe in google as he suggested me 😀

here is my Nasi Lemak!

cooked the rice with coconut milk and pandan leaves served with fried chicken

boiled eggs, deep fried anchovies, and red chillies sauce

marinated the chicken with turmeric and salt

hmmm I think I did it good for the first try 😀

Cooked these for dinner,

pork croquette & spicy beef salad

ingredients : ground pork/garlic/black pepper/salt/soy sauce

yummmm…

and spicy beef salad

ingredients: sliced steak/grilled eggplant/chillies/lime/fish sauce/boiled eggs

eat with steamed rice together ….hmmmm so good

Lunch at Centara again

Went to the hospital for vaccine and monthly check for Mimi,

stayed there until noon…..and we were starving!!!

so we went straight from the hospital to Centara for lunch

apparently no Alaska crab, rock lobsters and foie gras for lunch 😦

but that’s ok…becuz i need to dj again around the end of the month hehe

and i had 2 plates of fresh oysters as usual haha

it’s almost 10pm now
